Returns

 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective/damaged items and for customer preference (e.g., wrong product ordered). Please contact us to arrange exchanges.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, not the recipient.
